"Order was fine, but the shipping felt pricey"
My order showed up okay and everything was fine, so no real issues there. I just felt like the shipping cost was a bit much for what I actually bought. Also, having to wait in the queue before getting things sorted was kind of annoying. I might still order from them again, but I’d definitely think twice if the delivery fee is that high.

Most of my order was fine, but one item was wrong. The frustrating part was that it wasn’t really clear who was supposed to take ownership of fixing it, so I felt like I was left figuring it out myself. Not a terrible experience overall, but that part could definitely be handled better.

"Easy to Use, But Not the Best Prices"
Not gonna lie, anthem-sports was easy to browse when I was looking for some team gear, but the prices didn’t really impress me. I found a few of the same items cheaper on other sites, even before adding shipping. It’s not a bad store or anything, but if I’m trying to save money, it probably wouldn’t be my first choice

"Damaged net and a totally useless support process"
I ordered a training net from anthem-sports, and it showed up with the frame bent and the box ripped wide open. I sent them photos the same day, so it was absolutely obvious what happened. Instead of actually helping, they kept asking for more info and then basically told me to take it up with the shipper. I’m 100% sure I bought it from Anthem Sports, not the shipping company, so that was ridiculous. After a full week of back and forth, there was still no replacement and no refund even started. Just a damaged net sitting in my garage taking up space. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

I picked up a few sports items from here, and overall it was an okay experience. The prices looked decent at first, but once shipping was added, it didn’t feel quite as cheap as I expected. The quality was fine for what I paid, nothing really stood out as amazing. Anyway, I’d probably compare prices with other places next time before ordering again.

I ordered from Anthem Sports and the checkout itself was fine, but the confirmation email left me with more questions than answers. I expected clearer instructions or at least a simple breakdown of what shipped, what was still pending, whether everything was in stock, and when I should actually expect it. "Customer service was way harder to reach than I expected"
I ordered from anthem-sports.com and just had a basic question about my shipment, but getting a response turned into such a hassle. I emailed and waited several days without hearing anything, then tried calling and still couldn’t get anywhere.
Compared to other sports gear sites I’ve used, this was disappointing. The products might be totally fine, but my experience with their customer service made it feel like once my order was placed, I was on my own.

I ordered from anthem-sports.com and ended up needing to return something, the whole process was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The instructions weren’t clear, getting a straight answer took too long, and I kept having to check my email like it was my job.
What bothered me most was that it didn’t feel like anyone really cared to make it right. If a company is happy to take your money, I think they have a basic responsibility to make returns simple and fair too. By the time it was finally handled, I was just annoyed, and I wouldn’t order again if there’s even a chance I’d need to return something.
